erm think i'll call this a testimony bah...

well from the start of chinese new yr, i've skipped all lessons for my game theory module, the 1st week was for convenience, the 2nd week was cos i was quite sick for the whole week, so i had no idea when the mid-term test will be, i din really have the contact of anyone in the class, then the website also nvr say anything, but i just sort of had this gut feeling tat either i missed the test liaoz or its gonna be the fri tat just passed, so on thurs nite, i surprisingly went thru all my lect notes in the nite, sensing more and more strongly abt tat gut feeling, so well out of desperation i think i did cried out to God in my heart, well i wasnt asking for the same old kind of "no study get A" stuff, but wat i prayed was this,"God if its possible, let the test be on this friday or beyond, and tat i'd be prepared for it as i faithfully study the lect notes, but God if its Your Will tat i have missed the test, help me take it in my stride, help me not to complain, to push the blame, but to accept the rightful consequences of my own laziness" well this aint a perfect prayer but i think it carried within it, the "God, Your Will be done!" attitude, so maybe for tat tiny little bit of godliness, the prayer was answered, the test was really on friday and i was really quite prepared for it, knew how to do all the qns, but din have enuff time to finish, shd score reasonably well if no accidents happened... All praises be to God, this is not of myself, but of God

anyway wat i think u shd carry off from reading this post is a correct attitude in prayer bah, the "God, Your Will, not mine, be done!" attitude and God's faithfulness to the unfaithful
