Today I'm one year older...
well the same old cannot slp syndrome at work in me :P
anyway today is my Bday! very touched by the 1st 3 smses tat came in, huichun with a very cute version tat sounded like the mac orchard rd taxi commercial, weizhu to ask me out for lunch and huixin with a one tat sounded quite lecture-y :P oh btw got one person "cheated" hahaha sent in advance cos it came with some instructions for my work on wednesday, but still thx lots "Mr 'Boss" Tea" :P
the other msges streamed in much later, many thanks to guoxiong, qiyuan (who needed me to remind him... diaoz), bart say(aka lao3 mao1) and the DotA ppl, edwin and dom, also got an ecard, super cute one from a super cute "micheal" hahaha
oh and of cos from my ever faithful buddy wilson, heehee getting a treat from him later tonite, so happy hahaha, cos for the past 2 yrs he 'tortured' me hahaha went bukit timah climbing the yr before, last yr was the tree top walk, all so tough, this yr finally smthg easy hahaha
anyway actually the stuff started on sunday when my CG celebrated it for me, was a small scale one but well it was a very real time, the wish i shared is like wat i desire in the previous post, to experience the assurance and peace from God all over again, to fall in love with Him all over again, heart felt affirmations from the ppl also, esp zewei... wat he said touches me just like each time alan tells me how he appreciates me sticking ard thru all these yrs, i may not have been the best i can be, but there r lives i've encouraged in one way or another, also very thankful for sijia who spoke into my life quite strongly, think she ranks top 10 in terms of the sisters who 'scolded' me biblically hahaha as far as i can remember huichun and huixin were the 1st few followed by claramae, who wasnt fierce at all :P but really glad for them also... think i really needed much scolding... all my shepherds have been the very loving kind, from wenjiang, jason, dingting, benjamin, qiyuan, kangwei, well i guess with the exception of dingting who did scold me once cos i was so engrossed with my own desires and needs tat i shut myself out to all other things...
hmmm i suddenly feel like writing a summary of my life since i came to know God, but then again, dun think i wanna write it here... i'll just make it a personal reflection bah... all in all i just wanna say God, thank you for making my life much more meaningful than it was, thank you for loving me, for leading me to this family, for accepting me, forgiving me and keeping me all thru these years. Thank you Lord Jesus.
