today i celebrate my release from 46 SAR and the ulu-ness of sungei gedong camp!
Celebrate MINDEF, Celebrate!
it is written on the sign of the entrance of the camp, facing those leaving the camp, "Once Armour, Always Armour", which some refer to as "the curse of the black beret", but now for me, the "curse" has been broken, however i'd really miss the days in the turret and the right to wear the proud black beret, i may no longer be a tankee in vocation, but i'll always be a tankee at heart
