Update on House Hunting
the application for my HDB loan has finally been sent in on the 18th Dec and it will take 2 weeks to process, so i'm expecting to hear from HDB by 2nd Jan, but for now i can only wait.
but in the mean while, i have went on a research spree, have been reading up on prices of recent transactions of the resale flat of the same type and in the area, also on prices of other flats on offer, then there is so much to take note, the floorplan layout, the total area, the level of the unit (low mid high), its like learning a totally new subject siah, but God is gracious and has allowed me to really pick up quite fast.
anyway i have obtained an official typical floorplan of the unit i was considering and also the estimate floorplan measurements i made with my own knowledge. looking forward to a new flat!
