Progress...
well i'm here to blog again cos i feel burdened to wanna release some stress somewhere :P anyway i have settled and bought a new laptop, bought it thru NTU instead cos i realised i will not need the dedicated graphics card afterall since i'm not tat heavy a gamer nor am i gonna engage in producing some CGI animation in the near future
anyway my new trustworthy side kick is an Acer Travelmate 6292, core 2 duo 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, weighing at 2.1kg, quite a powerpacked config, anyway wats best is the software bundle, MS Vista Business, MS Office 2007 Standard and most imptly, Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium (fyi the academic version online cost USD 499), finally after so many yrs of playing ard with adobe photoshop, i got myself an original version of it, and its the latest available one muahahaha, geekish joys tat only a selected few will be able to appreciate lol
sch has been good so far, getting into my project grps cos some were allocated grps, so just need to try to fit in, now the hard part is a pair work project, need to find my own partner in the class, but cant think of anyone as yet, btw i'm also starting to like the lessons, ed psych is intriging with all the theories of human development, ICT is very pedagogy based, teaching of maths has lots of interesting skills for me to pick up, thru those lessons i also learnt more abt my own abilities, think i'm really more suited for upper sec or JC maths, cos i enjoy expounding on logical understanding, to engage the minds of the students, and not the usual drill and practice level, lik in lower sec, though it doesnt point to my identity search, it still is a good point to note
i guess i'm very much allowing things of the world to define me, which isnt the right way, but seriously its hard to find an identity in just abstract space, but its slowly taking form, the person tat i wanna be, the reason for my being, the way i'm heading, God, show me. KC is a kid trying very hard to grow up, and he needs to grow up fast. God, help me grow. Thank you Jesus.
